To edit galleries you need to log in, do this by clicking on "Login" on the top right. Contact one of the club officers to get the username and password.

To create a new gallery on the home page:

• Create new gallery’ (bottom of page)
• Name gallery with your name
• Click "new gallery"
• Put your name in the "title" box.
• Click "upload photos to this gallery".
• Click "browse" to find a resized image to upload. You can upload single images or create a zip file of a folder to upload multiple images at the same time.
• Open image or zip file and then click "upload image". Wait for a while, this step can take quite a long time.

 

To create Sub galleries, ie galleries within your main gallery.

While viewing your own gallery click "create a new gallery"

 

Name the gallery with a name using your own name as the start of the name. NB: Uncheck "create the gallery at root level" box otherwise the gallery will show up on the homepage.

Give the "gallery title" the name you would like it to have in your gallery.

Add images as normal.

Hopefully this should be enough to get you started and you will pick up more after using the website for a while.
